At Toffee, it's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't 100% satisfied, and wish to return your item, please click on the link below for the Returns procedure for your region.

Please note, the returns procedure below is applicable for products purchased from our website. If you purchased your Toffee from a retail store or another online retailer, please contact the reseller directly.

We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers. (But we can help with repairs.)

Australia

We offer FREE RETURNS within Australia! (Although if the reason for the return is that you have ordered the wrong size/colour, then you will have to pay for the return shipping charges. You may return a product within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund.

Please contact info@toffeecases.com for a consignment slip and instructions for your return. After 30 days, Toffee will not accept returns for any reason other than defects. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.

To return an item:

  • Pack your return product in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
  • Include a copy of your invoice complete with your reason for return.
