Delivery Information

Australia Delivery

  • Regular Australia Post parcel delivery is FREE for orders over $99.00 AUD ordered from this website. We also offer FREE returns within 30 days, click here to find out more.
  • Australia Post will send a tracking email on daily basis to confirm the updated status of your parcel.
  • We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm (although carrier may deliver slightly earlier or later).
  • We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to some rural areas; this is dependent on our carrier's delivery policies to your area.
  • Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.
  • Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
  • Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, any delivery date or time specified by us in any quotation, dispatch note or otherwise, is a best estimate only and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage sustained by you if we fail to meet that delivery date or time.

 

International Delivery

  • Free Standard Airmail shipping is valid for orders over $75.00 USD, £40.00 and €50.00. We offer free Standard Airmail shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed on our website please contact us by sending an email to info@toffeecases.com to arrange the purchase and delivery. Charges may apply.
  • USA customers may receive their parcels within 1- 2 business days if they have ordered a product/s that resides in Toffee’s USA warehouse. Please contact info@toffeecases.com if you require your order urgently and we can check warehouses for you.
  • For the Rest of the World, please allow 7-10 working days for your parcel to arrive via Standard Airmail, although further delays may occur due to customs procedures in your Country.
  • Items that are shipped via International Courier will need to be signed for.
  • Courier Company will not deliver to PO Box addresses, so please provide your home/Company address only.
  • All customers are responsible to pay import duty, customs charges or other local taxes eg. VAT related to the delivery upon arrival of your parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Toffee is not responsible for the payment of any local customs/duty charges in your country.
