Refund policy
At Toffee, it's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. However customers must cover the cost of the returns postage.
Please contact us via email before you to return an item. Refunds will be be processed once we have received the returned goods. Contact us at sales@toffee.com.au, with your name, order number and reason for returning.
We can then only offer a return if we deem that the item is completely un-used and with original packaging (if applicable).
Please note, this returns procedure is applicable to products purchased from our website. If you purchased your Toffee from a retail store or another online retailer, please contact the reseller directly.
We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers.
